My client, an inclusive and child-centered primary school, is expanding its specialized Resource Base and seeks a compassionate, creative teacher to join their mission. What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering creative, individualized lesson plans to meet diverse communication and interaction needs
- Monitoring and reporting on pupils’ progress, setting personalized educational goals
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and specialists (e.g., speech therapists) to support holistic development
- Maintaining an inclusive, calm classroom that fosters emotional well-being and safety
- Leading and mentoring teaching assistants to provide consistent, supportive education
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for supporting complex needs and SEND education
- Skilled in child-centered and differentiated teaching approaches to support individualized learning
- Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills for working with parents and multidisciplinary teams
- Creative, adaptable, and committed to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
- Leadership experience, or a keen interest in taking on Resource Base leadership responsibilities
