About the Role:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in our client's team and contribute to the smooth running of their operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support, including managing calendars, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with personal tasks such as travel arrangements and diary management.
- Organising and managing company events, from team meetings to client-facing gatherings.
- Coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and service.
