We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Manager to own the development and execution of an end-to-end Service Continuity approach across our ADS sector.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the Charge on Resilience: Design and drive robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Collaborate closely with customers and delivery teams across ADS.
  • Deliver High-Impact Reporting: Keep partners fully advised on BCDR readiness.
  • Power Pre-Sales Success: Bring your BC and IT DR expertise to our pre-sales activities, helping shape winning proposals.
  • Drive Meticulous Testing: Set up and lead all aspects of testing regimes for BCDR plans, analyse the results, and continuously improve our resilience capabilities.
  • Lead with Compliance and Confidence: Support internal and external audits, ensuring we meet standards and proactively address potential risks.
  • Steer the Risk Management Process: Track, raise, and address BCDR risks with strategic foresight.

What you will bring:

  • In-depth Experience in Sophisticated Environments, delivering critical services with a keen eye for resilience.
  • A strong leader who guides, supports, and communicates effectively to cultivate business growth and resilience.
  • Strong Communicator: You know how to make sophisticated information clear and impactful—whether in writing or speaking.

It would be great if you had:

  • Prior work within Defence would be highly valuable.
  • Professional Certification in Business Continuity: Recognition through membership or certification (e.g., MBCI, MICOR, BCS - Practitioner in Business Continuity Management) will set you apart.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Bristol.
Security Clearance Level: Must be eligible for SC Clearance.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
